Transcript Process

What are Transcripts?
Transcripts are Xerox copies of academic documents, self-attested by the student, and stamped and signed by the university. They must be enclosed in a university-sealed envelope, with a stamp and signature across the flap to be considered valid.

Required Documents:

  • Year-wise or Semester-wise mark sheets (must include subject names)
  • Consolidated mark sheets (if available)
  • Convocation or Degree Certificate
  • Professional education mark sheets (valid only 2 yrs from the date of passing)

Note:
Simandhar Education is not responsible for collecting transcripts. It is the student's responsibility to contact the university and obtain the necessary documents.
