Transcripts are ready, what’s the next step? – NIES Account Creation Process

As the next step of the process, please create an NIES Account using the following link:

Steps to follow after creating the NIES Account:
a) Once the NIES Account is created, you will receive a NIES ID (6-digit number).
b) Edit your NIES Cover Letter and print two copies of it.
c) If you are sending physical transcripts to NASBA, purchase a larger envelope and place inside it:

  • All your transcripts envelopes
  • Passport color Xerox copy (front and back)
  • One copy of the NIES Cover Letter
  • Name change affidavit (if applicable)
    d) Paste one copy of the NIES Cover Letter on the top of the larger envelope.
    e) On the back side of the larger envelope, paste the “FROM Address” and “TO Address.”
    f) Send the envelope to the following NASBA mailing address:
