NTS Extension Policy

Question: How can I apply for an NTS (Notice to Schedule) extension?

Answer: If you need to extend your NTS, you will need to submit a request based on specific policies a medical emergency or an immediate family member. Here are the two main cases for NTS extensions:

Case 1: Prometric Cancellation

If your already scheduled exam was cancelled by Prometric:

  • Attach: The Prometric cancellation email or a screenshot of the cancellation.
  • Outcome: NASBA will typically extend your NTS within a week.
