This article provides the step-by-step process to reschedule your CPA exam using the Prometric website.

Question: How do I reschedule my CPA exam on the Prometric website?

Answer:
Follow the steps below to reschedule your exam:

  2. Click on Reschedule
  3. Enter the required information:
    • Your Prometric booking 16-digit confirmation number (from the confirmation email)
    • The first 4 characters of your last name
  4. Select your new preferred exam date and location
  5. Complete the appointment rescheduling process
